A little bit about me:
I am a healthy male , 6 ft and 185 lbs , 34” waist . I have weight trained on and off for a period of years. I played athletics in High School and club ball in college. I’m 36 years old and feeling a little sloppy in the middle and weak in general.

Any advice as to what to cycle as a nice opening to another get it in gear and lift mode… Summer is approaching…. I’d like something to help get rid of the stubborn fat and add some quality mass. Understood that diet and OTC supplements will aid.
Looking for a suggestion on a nice little 8 to 10 week cycle to get it going again….. THOUGHTS…..
