    Exclamation 36 year looking for advise on a cycle.. but what?

    A little bit about me:

    I am a healthy male , 6 ft and 185 lbs , 34” waist . I have weight trained on and off for a period of years. I played athletics in High School and club ball in college. I’m 36 years old and feeling a little sloppy in the middle and weak in general.

    I was thinking about purchasing a little help…… YEARS ago I did a couple of small cycles of Sustanon. With a good feel…

    Any advice as to what to cycle as a nice opening to another get it in gear and lift mode… Summer is approaching…. I’d like something to help get rid of the stubborn fat and add some quality mass. Understood that diet and OTC supplements will aid.

    Looking for a suggestion on a nice little 8 to 10 week cycle to get it going again….. THOUGHTS…..

    Test cyponate and D-bol

    or a cycle of Eq ????

    not sure..... guessing 15% I dunno... little love handles really don't carry much fat in legs arms face .. basically stomach area......

    talked to another guys... he suggested a 12 weeker of Test Cyp. and Eq ???

    your 6' tall @ 185 lbs. with 15% bf? I would wait a couple more years and train like a mad man and get your diet in check, then for a first run test e or c @ 500mg/wk for 10-12 wks, you will grow like a weed! jmo.

    I'm thinking a test only cycle to. Maybe sust again at 250mgs every 3 days. BUT you have to hit the gym 6 days a week, mix in some cardio, and watch everything that goes in your mouth. No junk food or alcohol.

    8 to 10 weeks isn't long enough. At your current fitness level it will take that long to start to see results(IMO). Don't be afraid to run a little longer, at your age you could consider it "Hormone Replacement Therapy". Have you had your hormone levels check recently?

    i'd go cip at 400-500mg per wk for 12weeks and maybe throw 250-300mg deca per week for 10 weeks,run test for two weeks after last shot of deca,i think you'll see a marked improvement.just my two cents

    thinking of going this route.... ANY food intake and or DIET stuff to talk about... additional OTC supplements?

    Lets be realistic about gains here... heavy lift mixed with cardio ( I run stadium stairs for legs) 6 fty 185 prolly 15% to 18% BF...what's a realistic end result..

    Not new to a weight room FYI

    ALright.... per the advice of a local that I trust with a TON of smarts about gear and gear combos .,... I'm going with

    Test Cyp and Eq.... ANy additional comments as to how to take and in what amounts ???

    I don't think you have your stats correct, or your a tall muscleless Bro, because 185 at that hight w/ 15% bf means a majority of your weight is from fat..(besides bones ect....)..check your BF bro first.Not for nothing, but im 5'6'' at 180, 10 % bf....so i think your less BF then that or you shouldnt be talking about steropids, but a Nutrition and training program.

    At 36 do you really want to walk around with a face that looks like a pepporoni pizza? Test will break you out man. There is no excuse for this at 36, other than roids. I broke out bad with tren and test and nearly committed suicide as the acne was terrible. I am a model now and can't afford to break out at all, so I don't touch test or any adrogenic roid.

    Everyone is different, I don't break out at all from test provided I shoot frequently enough to keep levels stable. Twice a week with test e or cyp, eod with sust, or ed with prop, and I get no acne at all.

    i tend to agree with Big,although as he stated we're all different,i do notice however,when on sust,it causes my torso ,chest and stomach and a little on the back to break out.This is one of the reasons i like to stick with cip as far as tests go,thats just me.currently on 750mg cip and 500mg deca per week and not one pimple anywhere.

    Since you are 36 I would suggest you go and get some blood work done. If you go to an HRT doc you could probably get some test prescribed to you. If you start taking about 100mg of test per week, this may give you just the boost to make you want to go to the gym a little more and get back into shape. This way, you could put some time into getting your diet in check and work out routine in check before considering an actual cycle.

    Problem with test as a HRT is that you could easily end up using test injections the rest of your life. Sounds cool now but can you imagine giving yourself 2 test shots a week for the next 60 years.

    Fedorrulz, Actually its one shot a week, but I already give myself HGH injections daily. Although it is a hassle, when you start to lose your sex drive and desire to lift; or when you wake up and your erections are not what they use to be, an extra shot per week is nothing when compared to what is lost. I am 38, but my test levels were so low that even 100mg made a difference in my life.
    Hopefully within the next 60 years someone may come up with something better, but until then I will gladly shoot myself up to feel younger and to give me the desire to want to lift.
