Would there be a problem with doing 45-60min cardio in the morning and again before bed?
I know some people that do that before a competition, you can try but it may tire you out with lifting and depending on your diet. Are you trying to get cut in a short period of time?
What are your goals? I did that a couple of years ago and had an amazing diet and got totally ripped
My goal is to get my abs out!
See, after last bulker I made really good progress but gained bit more fat that i planned on!
I was 261, now I am sitting at 246 about 16%.
Diet is great 335g protein, 185carbs, 55fat.
Yes, I need to get down to 10% and I was thinking if 2x cardio a day won't hurt my muscle gain!
I am pretty damn good with building muscle, diet etc, but as far as getting ripped, nope, never done it to get to 10% at current weight, so this will definitely be a lesson for me!
So? Good to go with 2x day?
Sorry, I meant I was 261 right after I was done with bulking and since then I dropped down to 246 as of today.

with an good diet you dont need to do 2x day cardio.
