College is over for the summer. Ive been planning on hitting the gym early like around 8ish just to do cardio. Then I plan on going home, eating, then an hour later going back to lift. Im trying to burn a little fat. Since I work at 2pm i figure this is the best time to get it done. My powerhouse is now open 24 hours but i dont want to work out at 11ish or 12. Is it better to work out in the morning and eat all day? Or wait til night?
