    Best times to workout

    College is over for the summer. Ive been planning on hitting the gym early like around 8ish just to do cardio. Then I plan on going home, eating, then an hour later going back to lift. Im trying to burn a little fat. Since I work at 2pm i figure this is the best time to get it done. My powerhouse is now open 24 hours but i dont want to work out at 11ish or 12. Is it better to work out in the morning and eat all day? Or wait til night?

    I'd tell you to do weights first then go back for cardio or just do cardio right after you lift.

    I would hit the weights when you felt the strongest. Everyone is different but I find that I am strongest in the evening. Workout it around your schedule of course.

    So the cardio doesn't fatigue you for your weight training. It depends on your individual goals though. What are you looking to achieve with your training?

    i feel better training at night, cause i always think that i had the whole day to eat.... and i would also do the cardio after lifts...

    If your main goal is to burn fat than cadio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning is a must. BUT if your main goal is to gain muscle than working out later in the day before cardio will give you more energy to workout harder and you can always do cardio after your weight session and still burn some fat.
