sust 250 twice a week or test E 500 ew for next week?

well ordering my next cycle. i had sust for first cycle and like it but would like to know the pros/cons and i will be also be running deca 250 ew.

well for one the sentence in your thread name.. sus should be shot eod and test e twice a week.
