never done it, but the most common seem to be rotating glutes, delts, quads, then chest and maybe arms

Right now I got my delt, pecs, quads and calfs. I was thinking about maybe trying the bis one day. My friends wife is a nurse and she said that they don't even shoot the glute at the chance of hitting the nerve so that sealed the deal on me ever trying the glute.

    sciatic.

if you shoot the upper outer region of the glute you will never hit the sciatic nerve.

Alot of people use the glutes but since a nurse warned me that was good enough for me to stay away from them. To each his own. My calfs for the first few injections had me limping around for abit but now they are easy to do and no pain.

No need to stop shooting in the glute. Don't be scared, just don't be dumb. Don't shoot to high up in the glute or you might it the sciatic nerve. Even if you hit it you wont die... It will just hurt like a son of a ........ Your glute is one of the best places to shoot because your muscle is so big it can soak a lot up. However, if you do shoot in your glute make sure that you go deep enough beause there is quite a bit of fat in that area.

He said "upper outer region of the glute." He didn't say shoot it in the glute and you are screwed.
