I have searched around the boards and find very few posts on keeping your hard earned gains from a cycle long term. How many of you have been able to keep your gains say 6 months out assumming proper pct and solid diet. If you have been successful what compounds did you use and how much were you able to hang on to as far as strenght and size?
I am looking at doing Fina, seems like the leaner the gains the easier to keep.
Any thoughts on this?
