Hi guys i want to lay down my diet and i would like to know if you guys would like it or not.
Meal 1: 2 Scoops Protein/1 Banana/ Half Cup Oats Blended with water
Meal 2: Chicken Breast/1 Cup Veggies/1tbsp Flax Oil
Meal 3: Tuna/1 Cup Brown Rice/1 Cup Veggies
Training
Meal 4: 2 Scoops Whey/Half Cup Oats/1tbsp Flax Oil
Meal 5: 3 Fish Fillets Boiled In Oven With Water/1 cup Veggies
I know i should add how much calories i should add but this is just a diet i created. The meals wouldnt be big just med-small meals. please comment if i need to add or replace anything.
Training:
Monday: Shoulders/Abs
Tuesday:Chest
Wednesday: Back/Abs
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Legs/Abs
Cardo Will be 4 - 5 times a week before breakfast on empty stomach. 30 - 45mins.
