IGF side affects - nausia and headaches

Hey,
So I've done Igf1lr3 in the past at a low dosage
and I'd like to go with 100mcg/day for 60 days
and maybe even 200mcg/day if I could afford it
possibly with insulin to

but I'm a little concerned about possible side affects at a high dosage

does anyone know how often the side affects occur? The main one I hear about is having headaches/nausia... Do a lot of people experience these affects?

i wouldnt go over 120mcg a day bro because thats when the sides will get bad.

More is not neccesary better, or proportional better.

Start on a lower dose and work your way up till you reach a dose that's doing the trick.
