Shoulder and neck pain

My right shoulder started hurting about four weeks ago after my upper back felt like it was out of place. I am in Iraq right now and can not get anything done. I have pain in my right trap, between my shoulder blades, front and read delt. If any has had this problem and have some advise I would appreciate it.

Hopefully its just a strain, I have hurt my shoulder twice before requiring 3-4 month rehabs both times those were rotater cuff injuries though. Hopefully yours isnt too sever, is there no doctor you can go see there?

Yes, but all they do is shoot it up with an Anti-inflammatory and it is good for about four days and they dont want to see you anymore. I am not in the military but a contractor and they dont like us anyway...

It may be a bad disc. I have a degenerated C-4 or 5 (can't remeber which- the report is confusing). They can replace them now and apparently the replacement will save future degeneration of other discs.

You are probably just tense. Get a remedial massage
