Tren advice

Guy's I want to start a tren and winstrol cycle. Not sure of what doses to take and how long to run it for.

Also is it better to run a test with it, I dont want to get bad bloat and I suffer badly from it when on sust/deca. Even if i take Nolva.

ok that would be an awful cycle....u need at minimum a low dose test! u could say 500mg/w of sustanon with arimadex throughout, or 250mg/w of sustanon. Your choice! u should aviod taking nolavdex on cycle simply b/c it reduces levels of IGF-1 and if running a 19-nor it can accellerate gyno related symptoms

how many cycles have you done and what is your stats? i use around .25-.5mgs of armidex when running test and deca and that really helps me keep the water down. as for your cycle, it best to start off with 50mgs of winny ed or 100mgs eod and the same with the tren. if you start off with 50mgs of tren a day and the sides are not to bad after the 1st week yyou can raise it to 75mgs if you want. i would also run at least a low dose of prop with this cycle bro. i would go with 50mgs ed or around 80-100mgs eod. if you dont want the test then run a low trt dose(around 200mgs a week). you can also run armidex to help keep the water down if you want.

I have done 4 cycles before, its always been deca, sust, d-bol or Naps. I'm 5ft 8 90 kgs 16% bf.

Dude's decided not to run tren, purely due to the price of it where I have just moved too!! What else can I run to take its place??

try this cycle:
1-12 Sustanon 500mg/w
1-5 Winstrol 50mg/ed or 100 eod
1-12 EQ 400mg/w

Run Clen and T3 every 2 weeks on/off
Run arimadex 1 gram e3d

this is a great setup but the tren should stop a week before the others
also you can look into masteron instead of winny for less inject pain but either is great
