Ok im on week 7 of my Test E (500mg per week) and Anadrol (100mg per day) cycle. So far ive gained about 10 pounds and im really happy about that, but I know I can do better, my diet is not good, I need to improve it, it really is most important!!!
At the moment im taking in about 1300 calories a day, 150g protien, 130 carbs, 60g fats.
It consists of alot of peanut butter, protien shakes (600 cals each). Last night I ate 4 chicken breasts, pasta...
I need to do myself a set diet, but with work I go away alot and it messes me up!
I need a really simple diet, where I can reach about 3500 clean calories a day.
Its really getting to me because I know I can do alot better with my diet, I want better results and I beleive diet is the key.
