    My Diet - Need to eat more, 500mg Test E

    Hi

    Stats:

    Age:25
    Height: 5 foot 10
    Weight: 180 pounds
    Bf: I dont know
    Training: 2 Years

    Ok im on week 7 of my Test E (500mg per week) and Anadrol (100mg per day) cycle. So far ive gained about 10 pounds and im really happy about that, but I know I can do better, my diet is not good, I need to improve it, it really is most important!!!

    At the moment im taking in about 1300 calories a day, 150g protien, 130 carbs, 60g fats.

    It consists of alot of peanut butter, protien shakes (600 cals each). Last night I ate 4 chicken breasts, pasta...

    I need to do myself a set diet, but with work I go away alot and it messes me up!

    I need a really simple diet, where I can reach about 3500 clean calories a day.

    Its really getting to me because I know I can do alot better with my diet, I want better results and I beleive diet is the key.

    1300 a day on a cycle ? are you serious ? I have to eat more than that off cycle just to maintain and i am short than you.

    Yea don't use that diet he just posted unless you plan to cut....at the very least try the lean mass diet sticked up top...follow it to a T for 2 months or so then start making modification to suit you. GL

    Wow, 1300 cals? The 10 pounds already is shocking to me with that little amount of cals going in. I would really trust the sticky diets at the top of this diet section. I have done the bulking and the cutting diets with great results and just adjusted the numbers for my size and needs. Here is the bulking http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010. Also, have you been taking the drol for 7 weeks straight? How long are you staying on this cycle? Do your best to finish this out and do proper pct but have your cycle and diet in order before you start the next cycle. Probably a good idea to know your body fat before going into a cycle as well. Do have a body fat goal? What is your goal...just get big? You really want to maximize your time on so you don't waste your body and money. Good luck.
