finally got my estro results back, and reads as this.

Estradiol Ultra 51.5 Ref Range 10-42
Estrone 42.9 Ref Range 9-36
Total Estrogens 94.4 Ref Range 19-69

so plan on taking AI what should i take and how much. oh by the way total test is 800. starting to show signs of gyno not bad tho. help me please.

With gyno signs, the doc should have done something. IMO, you should try some Arimidex.

i had mention to him i may be starting to get gyno my estro is probally high. he laughed and asked why i think that. then when results came back he about shit his pants. then said now what should we do next?

perhaps try arimidex at .25 eod, and see if it helps. give it a couple weeks.

.25, ok give it a try. can you be on that long term. or is that short term fix.

Many are on Adex long term - but at small doses. Some use .25 EOD for instance. I use .25 ED myself.

And actually - it sounds like the doc is open to suggestions. I personally think this is a plus. My own doc will pretty much do whatever I ask (within reason - he won't prescribe a cycle of course). He knows I am very knowledgeable about this and research it a lot, so I think he's willing to go along with what I suggest as long as it sounds reasonable to him.
