I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago for shoulder problems, hurt myself working out about 4 months ago getting the weight up to do incline dumbell bench presses, its tender and swollen a lil bit right on the top of the shoulder where the bones are, kinda at the end of the collar bone i believe, anyways, the doctor said there was probably scar tissue in there and wasnt worried cuase the day i went i could do all the rotations pain free adn it was away from teh acl area. it comes and goes but limits my workouts alot, cant do any bench pressing orshoulder excersizes which sucks. he said in a few weeks to start doing very light excersizes to work the area. will the scar tissue go away on its own or does it have to be removed? sometimes when i work out i will do more than i probably should that could aggrivate it, but it doesnt hurt until the NEXT day.
