this mite sound like a silly question but im going to ask anyways...my friend said to me that when your cycling/training you should'nt have too much sex i.e ed or eod because you loose testosterone and it takes away the get up go in a person....his explanation was thats why boxers cant have sex so long before fights.
so too much sex no good or good when training hard?
i have to admit if i dont get it for a few weeks i do feel stronger and more aggression in the gym
