Was in an accident about a year and a half ago resulting in fractures of my L1 and L3 vertebrae.
Was in a hard plastic body cast for 3 months from my pelvis up to my chest.
I'm doing better and just started training again, lightly of course. What can I do in the gym to strengthen this area up and maybeee reduce some of the everyday pain I suffer while I'm at it?
*Yes I read the sticky about lumbar spine. Doesn't answer my question specifically though.
