    Exclamation NEED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE only! HELP!

    (Please try not to get caught up in personal feelings on this one, I just need straight forward answers at this point from people who really know thier stuff. If anyone has them. Thanks so much.)
    I have been researching this subject for almost a week straight, day and night, and I think I may have it down.
    I may be succeptable to MPB because I am shedding hair like crazy from my first Sust. 250/Deca cycle almost 3 months later. I already have thin/limp hair to begin with. I have been trying to find the most "safest hair" cycle out there and all I can come up with (if people will bother to sympathize with me) is EQ or Var or Primo or Deca or TBol. I can't get TBol. I think (emphasis on think) the safest is running them by themselves, but, everyone knows you should always have a test. base. I know this too. I would only not add in the test. due to the fact I am trying to cut back on hair loss and two compounds can't be safer than just one. Each time I think I have the correct injectable picked out of the aforementioned, I find some new information that says it is not worth it or that it is dangerous to run it by itself. Right now I am leaning towards a compromise of a low dose of some single Test. other than Sustanon. A simple low dosage that will yeild steady and safe results with products such as Duta, Spiro, Rogaine, Nizoral, Nioxin, etc. and a good PCT. I don't need to be freakishly huge but I want a little boost. I need a lean, clean, semi-cut look with most of the emphasis on meals, rest and training. My questions to all of you are:

    1.Out of the seeminlgy safest of the compounds (for hair loss) above mentioned before, would you all agree that running them by themselves is not a good idea? if it is o.k.......then by god.....how?
    2.Am I right in thinking that the safest compromise is a single Test.-only cycle at a mediocre dosage with DHT blockers and hair products like mentioned above?
    3.If so, what is the mildest test for this with the least likely chance of water retention
    4.and at what dosages and what PCT.

    Please help me stop logging onto these boards.......I AM so tired.....I am.

    you asked for a straight answer.

    DHT goes up= Hair loss goes up in people with MBP.

    any GOOD steroid is high androgenic and will raise DHT levels.

    something mild will be Primo Depot, but the results are crap.

    your best choices are peptides like HGH or IGF.

    oh yeah, no such thing as the mildest Test, Test is test chemicaly the only difference is the ester which effects the active time of the horomoe in your blood stream. Test is a bad idea for you.

    Can I run Primo by itself? And what does CRAP mean when you are talking about results with this compound? 5 lbs? 10 LBS? 20 LBS?

    Seeing as I hate read in the first place and my brain is a monkey's brain transplanted back in 84'......a week is very long for me. Not to mentione reading in itself is very hard without bananas.

    slight bulk and slight cutting. Maybe 10-15 LBS bulk, maybe 3-5 LBS cutting. I know I know....go do it naturally. Trust me.....I need to figure this out.

    haven't really sat down yet for details on the diet.....wanna get this fixed fiorst then i will start coutning and cooking. basicly

    3000-3200 cals.
    250-280 prot.
    250-280 carbs
    70-100 fat

    4-6 small mealks a day

    1 gall. water a day
