Pain in back of shoulder blade?

Every time I train chest I get a pain in the back near the shoulder blade. I think it is a rotator cuff injury.

Anyone ever have something like this? What did you do?

is the pain toward the center of your back? if so it could be one of your rips out of place, this happens to me all the time, in fact I have one now. its easy to repair, I fix my son all the time, but mine only a chiropractor can do it.

Yes, near the center. What's a rip? How do you fix it?

here is a video of what i do for my son, but only the first part where the patient lays face down and the chiropractor presses on his back to crack it.

take it easy on chest for a while, lookup rotator cuff exercises and work on those. Light weight and lots of reps.

Thx guys I am doing rotator cuff exercises and have been for around a month. Last week I warmed up with dumbell presses and had no pain as soon as I went to bench I had pain. So it must be rotator cuff injury. It does not hurt when I do dumbells and keep my elbows in so I guess that is what I am limited to for now.
