Hi Gang,
I have been workin out for many years..and still making progress.
However, one area of my body that is realing lacking is the Leg Bi Area. My Quads are good...but the back of my legs are still very small.
I do plenty of leg Curls...and deadlifts...but i was looking for MORE ideas on filling out the back of my legs.
Any suggestions?
How many sets are you doing to attack that area?...
What frequency?
