I am currently in the process of trying to lose weight, and am trying to piece together a diet that works for me. I seem to be prone to gaining weight in too high in carb diets, so im trying to keep them low:
Meal 1 (8:00)
5 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats
Meal 2 (10:30)
chicken breast
I do 30-45 minutes of cardio starting at 11/11:15
Meal 3 (12:30)
lean cut steak, usually some veggies
Meal 4 (3:00)
chicken breast
Meal 5 (5:30)
lean cut steak, sweet potato, veggie
I do my workout at 6:30
PWO
50g Protein / 75g of maltodextrin/dextrose
Last Meal (9:00)
chicken/turkey and efa's
I haven't calculated the calories, since i am kinda new to this kind of restrive dieting, but the meat serving is about 8oz, 1/2 cup of veggies, and a small/medium sweet potato..
Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
oh, I am 24, 5'10", 220.. 24% bf (measured with caliper)
