If you want your chest to look bigger you should focus more on incline exercises. Always mix things up with bb and db presses, incline and flat flys, cables, crossovers, hammer strength ect...

Your chest lacking may be genetic but more likely your diet isn't up to par and you are not training it hard enough, your body gets used to current routines they need to be switched up.

    Why don't you do legs?

add dips in if you can, either drop the declines or switch with the flys. nothing like dips at the end of a chest routine!

    Yeah,,,,, where's the LEG day????

I think your exercises look OK, as Kaberle 15 stated change them around to keep shocking.
It is very hard to answer a question like this without looking at form, effort and diet, you could ask someone at your gym that looks like they know what there doing to look at your form, do you use a training partner? chest day is the one day i really need a spotter. Are you working to failure?

Think about why ur chest is lagging. If you have overpowering shoulders, consider not lowering the bar all the way down to your chest. This will keep the tension on your chest more. Go slow, 2 sec up and feel a peak contraction at the top for a full sec.

Doing legs is the most important thing you can do for your entire body bro. It stimulates gh production, increases test production, among many other important things. Other than that the advice others have given is good.

i only do my legs during off season. plus i my legs are bigger then my upper body.

i played alot of football, rugby and sprint events when i was younger till now.

i m well aware squats are like king of all exercise beside to deadlifts which i do. if i do squats it will affect my soccer training.

ALSO i m working as a fireman. (i can't have sore leg days to climb stairs)

however i do legs sometimes. once in a while but during the off seasons i include them rigorously! haha

i m starting a new cycle on 1st OCT! so i just need some tinkering of my chest wourkout. heres:

incline db bench presses(recommended by bro kaberle_15 and alot ppl a MSUT to do it first) 4x10-12

    flat db presses 4x10-12

    flat flyers 4x12-15

    cable crossover 4x12-15

reason for choice of reps. previous cycle i ve been training low reps 6-8. time for a change!

i ll pyramid the weight up little by little but stick with the same rep!

i ll add in some dropset/forced rep onces in a while and giant get every 1 month.

thanks for the input guys. .
