    diet while on clen?

    Hi all, just started my 2 week cycle of clen takin 1 ml per day split into 2 doses? Just wondering if my diet is crucial, The quality is good but the quantity is quite large approx 6-7 meals per day. I normaly cant sleep if I dont eat right before bed or if i go to bed hungry.
    Also is there any way to test the quality of the clen as I bought it 2nd hand off a dude who doesnt take it any more? (it doesnt taste very strong so im a little suspect of him watering it down) Im shaking like shit tho so thats a good sign I quess.....

    Taking 1 ml does not mean much. You need to post what the concentration is. How many mcg per ml?

    If you are trying to cut weight or reduce body fat then diet is very important.

    as far as diet goes, stay away from the alcohol and watch your carbs. make sure to get your EFA's in.

    ****give a sample diet bro, whatre your stats?

    Breakfast- whole grain cerial & Banana or berry smoothie and 2-3 whole grain toast
    Mid morn- Chicken sandwhich and piece of fruit
    Lunch- Chicken sandwhich, piece of fruit,Yogurt and maybe coffee
    Arvo or pre workout- pasta and yogurt, or cottage cheese and rice crackers
    Dinner- Steak or chicken with vegges
    After dinner or before bed-cottage cheese or P.b sandwhich (bad I know) def needs to be modified

    Train about 7 times per week over 5 days, Skipping and kick boxing (maximal cardio), only lift twice a week( its all i can really fit in) im not the best runner as it bores the shit out of me and i have trouble with my calves and shins.
    My main goals at the moment are stripping down

    you probably need to up your protein intake in your diet, what you take in might not be enough. how many mcg are you taking daily? i would split up two doses 4-6 hours apart...once im morning and then again before lunch, try to avoid taking it later in the day as much as possible to avoind insomnia.

    instead of running try keeping your heart rate around 130, it might be more tedious but itll help you faster with fat loss goals.

    **also try to fit in EFA's to your diet....fish oil, flax oil, primose oil, nattty PB...itll help with your body rid of stubborn fat..good luck

    its 200mcg/ml and im having 1ml per day from what ive read up thats ****en high, can I take sleeping pills while im on this stuff

    You need to lower the dosage. If you got the same oral syringe from lion then every line is 20mcg.

    You should be ramping up the dosage for two weeks on two weeks off.

    If it doesn't taste "strong" I'd be suspicious.
    Are you getting any sides from it?
    No sides and no strong taste usually means bunk.

    yeah man im shaking like shit, and cant sleep at night, vision goes a little out of focus from time to time, what is the recommended dosage before it gets dangerous as i had a little bit of chest pain this morning
