Hi all, just started my 2 week cycle of clen takin 1 ml per day split into 2 doses? Just wondering if my diet is crucial, The quality is good but the quantity is quite large approx 6-7 meals per day. I normaly cant sleep if I dont eat right before bed or if i go to bed hungry.
Also is there any way to test the quality of the clen as I bought it 2nd hand off a dude who doesnt take it any more? (it doesnt taste very strong so im a little suspect of him watering it down) Im shaking like shit tho so thats a good sign I quess.....
