Im new to the site and need some help. Im 6' tall and 320 lbs with a 34 bf% when i was checke d5 months ago. Ive tried numerous diets and am not losing any weight actually gaining. I work out consistently and do alot of cardio. I was on test for a few weeks and clen, and t3. Im now only on the clen and t3 but thinking about switching to hgh. I need help as far as a diet, workout routine and schedule and help with proper supplements. Thanks alot!
