    Dumbell incline

    How much fellas?

I work with the 110's x 5-8. What do you do?

    Just wondering.

I dont ever do dumbell incline, but my military press is 110s or 120s for 8-12 just depending on what weight and what I feel like.

As long as form is correct and you are getting a good stretch then whatever weight works for you.

I agree. I can do the 110's 8-10 reps, but always get a better pump and stretch doing the 100's 10+ reps as I know my form is much better and more controlled feeling. Even though my workout partner says he can't see a difference, I know I am getting a better workout with the slightly lighter/ more controlled weight.
