seperating fat and carbs while bulking

At the moment I am trying to get a bulking diet together, my question is, is it necessary to separate fat from carbs while bulking up?

I actually think adding fats into protein + carb meals is very beneficial. The fat will slow down absorption of the meal therefore keeping insulin/blood-sugar levels more stable. The less spike and drop you have the better. Very simple explanation but should give you a descent understanding.

aside from post workout, i think it would be fine to mix carbs and fats as long as they are both from clean sources. most importantly, make sure the carbs are low gi

I only have low GI foods and I usually have avacado and sometimes flaxseed oil as my source of fat with my meals...

good point, the last thing you want after a workout is to slow down digestion/absorption.

i actually read in muscular developement last month, someone asked the same question and it was answered by DORIAN YATES. he says seperating carbs/protien/fats is ludacris. your body seperates them itself, each part of your body digests a different nutrient.
