    hard gainer and no supplements

i am a hardgainer and looking to gain mass never used no supplements before or glutamine and was wondering if using no will have any benefits regarding muscle gains,on paper it might work but not sure if it adds anything regarding more mass,so what do you guys think?

by "n.o." I assume you mean, nitric oxide?

it's a vasodilator, so it will enable muscles to receive more blood and therefore, more oxygen and nutrients. But I don't think it will really help you gain muscle. From what I've heard it will just give you a good pump.

you're better off spending your money on food, imo.

Glutamine, Creatine, and BCAA's are a good foundation for starters.

buy some ON pro complex it has added BCAA's and a shit load a glutamine. imo the protein is only as good as its amino acid profile, because ya body uses diff amino acids for diff things. the only supps i use are ON pro complex, and ON 100% Casein. I used to use waxy maize PWO, but ive read a few articles that have steered me away. N.O. products are great when your off cycle, gets me pumped to go to the gym and in the gym hope this helps bro.

Aren't you the same guy that uses slin PWO with just carbs and fats and no protein for a pwo meal????

Maybe if you adjust your diet you will not be such a "hard gainer"

But NO products are alright, I'd just use AAKG w/ some kre Alkalyn creatine and BCAA's. Should be cheap and beneficial

honestly ..imo (which is biased) save your money NO is a feel good supp ..it feels good b/c of pump but as far as building muscle - no not in my opinion. Also glutamine = unnecessary - its already abundant in whey ...we also take in 35-40 grams oer day on a typical bodybuilding diet - far more than is needed already. Bcaa's i wouldnt expect much if anything ....esp with a good diet - then id expect nothing at all.
possibly creatine if u respond you will notice a slight difference ...good luck...btw all the above is JMO....
