personally I hate eq and I think its worthless. but if you run it I wouldn't run it at less than 600-800mg ew its a very weak compound and I see nothing but vascularity from it. Other people might dissagree but thats my experience.
^^^ i agree with the guys above, everyone i know who uses it takes at least 600mg a week for 14-16 weeks. it works for some and not for others i guess
500-600 min e/w what i hear. Never run it yet myself untill about 5-6 months![]()
EQ is good for your endurance, but for building muscles, I would rather use more test.
Honestly everyone reacts differently with EQ. I say try it out but i would def. use EQ at least 400-600mg per week. I didnt enjoy EQ as it really didnt do much for me so i would rather not use it again. No appetite increase, no increased endurance, high BP, etc... by week 9 i could see pretty good vascularity and hardness but that is it.
its wierd how some people like myself really like eq and primo but most others dont like it because the results are so limited. i personally love eq when im cutting because of the vascularity and hardness i obtain. i also sometimes use it in bulkers with deca to increase my appetite
