Hey dudes, I just had a hand issue that prevented me from working out for about a month or so, this occured about 3 weeks after finishing a cycle(with pct),...ive been hitting the weights and my strength went down a good ammount. I used to rep 230 14 times on the bench now i can get 9 or 10...anyway, is this easy to get back to the old level after a few weeks? any workout methods anyone can suggest to get back to pre injury level?
