This is the diet i want to run on my tbol and var cycle
Meal 1
1 serving of Kashi GOLean Crunch! Cereal
1 1/2 cup of 1% milk
350 cals / 13 fat / 23g Protein / 72g carbs
Meal 2
1/2 a large (6oz) boneless skinless chicken breast
¾ cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of dried red kidney beans
790 cals/ 7g fat/ 50g Protein / 72g Carbs
Meal 3
1/2 a large (6oz) boneless skinless chicken breast
¾ cup of cooked rice
1/2 cup of dried red kidney beans
790 cals/ 7g fat/ 50g Protein / 72g Carbs
Meal 4
150g (3/4 cup) of extra lean ground beef or (may substitute with steak on some days)
1 1/2 cups of pasta (may substitute with 1 tortilla on some days)
620 cals / 13g fat / 44g Protein / 65g carbs
Meal 5
150g (3/4 cup) of extra lean ground beef or (may substitute with steak on some days)
1 1/2 cups of pasta (may substitute with 1 tortilla on some days)
620 cals / 13g fat / 44g Protein / 65g carbs
Meal 6 on off days or PWO Meal
2 scoops of unflavored whey protein blended with Crystal Lite in Water
240 cals/ 2g of fat/ 40g Protein / 3g carbs
Totals: 3500ish cals, 55 g of fat, 251 g of Protein, 360ish g of carbs
*Meals 2, 3, 4 and 5 will also have veggies (and sometimes fruit)
my salt intake probably wont be too high main source of it would be from the sauces i use and I'm limiting myself to 2 cheat meals a week
