We undoubtedly know that making a cardio workout on an empty stomach burn fat from the first minute to the last.
it's why i ve been wondering if making a body workout on an empty stomach will burn fat ?
if yes, does it burn the intra fat muscle ? ( fat in the muscle)
i mean, the burned fat will be the fat located in the drilled muscle.
for example : you train your biceps and thus, the burned fat will be the fat which is located above the biceps or in the biceps ?
I ask this question because after my cardio workout on an empty stomach, i would continue by lifting weights to avoid me to come morning and night.

...ahah I always thought people were full of it, claiming there was such a thing as sugar withdrawls; but man am I cranky on the zero carb days when no sugar is consumed.
