    Cutting cycle-i need help

    I want to start with cutting cycle next week but i need help with something.I dont know which is the best idea.I need burn fat because until now i was going only bulk and now i am about 20% BF and i need the best cutting cycle ass possible.(without DNP and GH)
    I will go good diet with low carbs,no fat,hight protein and do cardio after each workout
    i have o lots of supplements-(proteins-Gold Standard,CLA,Fish oil,Animal Pak,Universal Uniliver-amino acids,Hydroxycuts(before traning))

    My stats:

    21 years old
    235 lbs,180cm
    train for 4 years


    Cycles before:

    1)8 weeks-Deca-200mg/week,Sustanon 250mg/week,200x d-bol
    2)6 weeks-only Sustanon 500mg/week
    3)10 weeks-Deca-400mg/week,Testosteron Enanthate 750mg/week,200x d-bol,20x winstrol


    Now i have these gears:
    35 amps of Parabolan(Trenbolon HexaHydroBencylCarbonate)-76mg/1,5ml
    40 amps of Testosteron Propionat-100mg/1ml
    200tbl of Stanozolol-10mg/1tbl
    150tbl of Proviron-25mg/1tbl
    200tbl of Clenbuterol-0,02mcg/1tbl
    100tbl of T3-50mcg/1tbl



    Can you help me do the best cutting cycle with these gears?
    If needed i can buy anything else.

    With 20% bf your diet is obviously the problem. You need to work on that before jumping on more gear.

    You should be on a diet all the time not just while on gear.

    can you put something together with what you have.. could run a light cycle but not enough there for me..

    It's clear you dont know jack about diets at 20% bf. Show us your diet you will be following first and I will help you with the cycle after.

    Yep listen to what redz is saying why are you going to diet on cycle that makes no sense. You should be dieting now. Your not going to lose muscle if you diet properly. You'll look bigger and better at a lower bf than being out of shape at 20% bf. Diet down first then cycle cause at 20% and your weight you about 180lbs of LBM. Please don't mistake weight gain for muscle when its more than likely water and fat

    dont worry about my diet,my diet will be good,i was read a lot of diet in cutting cycles

    You think you know but you dont, I would like to see this low carb high protein no fat diet you speak of. No fat is actually stupid you need fat in your diet anyways.

    Yep you need fat to burn fat thats a FACT! Look into a keto diet or carb cycling. Cause if it were me I'd diet down to about 10-12% and then cycle so I can know what I gain. Not focus on losing weight etc while on cycle. Thats the smart way, your way seems like the I gotta get ready for spring break or summer type thinking so what can I take to make up for my poor diet.

    Wk 1-8 125mg eod prop if you wanna go 8 wks
    Wk 1-8 50mg/ed tren
    Wk 3-8 50mg/ed win
    Dont know about the clen/t3 times, guess you could run the proviron at 50mg ed throughout but not sure if that will help or hurt.

    AN EXAMPLE!:

    8:00-70g of 82% protein,100g of oat fleaks,2 cps fish oil,2cps CLA,1 Animal Pak

    10:00-1 banana,10 tbl amino acids

    12:00-200g chicken chest+100g rice,2 cps fish oil,2cps CLA

    14:00-1 banana,10tbl amino acids

    16:00-70g of 82% protein,4 hydroxycuts

    17:00-workout

    19:00-200g of tuna,100g whole bread,10amino acids,2 cps Fish oil,2cps CLA

    21:00-70g of 82% protein

    yea was the only person to help you and you gonna write this shite. If you cant adjust your shot to make up or add the diffrence in miligrams then you have no business taking these substances. What was i thnkin tryin to help.

    lol id give up on this 1 all hes not listening very well .....go diet friend get down to say 12 percent body fat !..and then post for cycle i read for 1 month and in 5 weeks went from 20 to 12.17 just go to the diet section take some notes and crack on m8 come back later when ur ready jmo!
