hi all hope everyones doing well, just a quick question really i started prop on the 2 of jan and for the first 3 weeks ive felt almost sort of tiered or even alittle drowsy but the last 2 days i feel like i can run over roof tops and im starting to really see gains even when resting im starting to look bigger!.. is that normal the tired feeling?.....or does it just affect differant people in differant ways?

ive been on a cutting diet as well (high protien)and i was 14 stone 10 and now im 13 7 could if also be my change in diet ?

just wondering really as it just weird how i felt like crap and now im buzzing lolol!

again ur advice and knowledge is mostly appreciated chrs all!

im on 0.75 of prop ed and thats it fairly simple cycle chrs!

id attribute it to diet (cant say for sure) and your bodies adaptation to the new diet. JMO...

The change in your diet will cause the change in energy levels, not the prop. The reason you feel like you have energy now after 3 weeks is your body has most likely adjusted to the new diet.

People respond differently, but generally on cycle I feel tired pretty much all the time. Not horribly tired, but lack motivation to do anything. Now when dieting, I feel tired and rundown.

It depends on what your goals are. If you cut on cycle, you will gain very little muscle. If you cut hard on cycle, you will lose muscle. So, you need to decide what you want to do with your cycle. If you're trying to lose fat while preserving muscle, continue diet and some cardio. If you want to add lean muscle mass, eat to gain.
