Who needs big calories to bulk on?

I am adding lean mass but i have to say that my calorie intake must be about 4500 at the moment and the scales arent going up that much.

I totalled calories up yesterday and i was suprised that it was 4500 and over on some days.

Anyone else with a high metabolism and anyone else who needs a lot of calories to add any weight?

Depends on how much you weigh and train.
If I train 5 days per week I need alot more than I need training 3 days.
And when i'm 188 or 210 that also depends alot.

But I have to eat a reasonable amount to gain weight at my current weight (200pounds).
About 4300 on training days, 3500-3600 on non training days and my weight will increase steadily, keeping the fat of and the muscle on

I have a very high metabolism and I'm continuously doing physical activities throughout the day. i was in the mid 4k range to gain a few pounds a month of clean weight.

I can get away with about 3600 on training days and still put on mass, but I gain fat very easily, so I still usually throw in cardio. If I do intense cardio, I bump it up another 500-600 calories and will maintain... I'm always hungry regardless though, so I wish I could eat more and not get fat

that's my situation exactly. It's real easy for me to put on weight when bulking, but if I'm not careful or don't do enough cardio, I end up putting on fat.

^^^ agreed ...i mean i dont mind a little fat while bulking - some is inevitable ...and i dunno about scientific fact - i know its theory, but for me personally i know i have to control my carbs very carefully even while bulking.
