As simple as that, August 2007 to today (well last week).
Before 5' 6" who knows 160lbs maybe?
Now 5' 6" 171 as of picture (I guess no matter how much I work out I am not going to get any taller)
Also, this was after a 3 mile run, no pump, just some sweet sweet sweat to shine me up. I am on a CKD and this was a low carb day. My carb up was 2 days away, so I do look nice and lean. I sweel up about 6 lbs on carb up day and look a little more muscular. It's all water weight though as my muscles replenish glycogen and swell with water. At this point I like lean better, this past winter I just wanted to be huge. I'm sure I will get huge again, it's fun eating, but getting really lean is a rewarding challenge. It seems to allude most people. Look forward to your input.
