well my normal diet consists of
Breakfast 8 - 8.25 = oats and a cup of tea
then about 9 - 9.15 = i useally have a snack of choclate biscusts
then at 12 - 1 = i useally have egg on toast followed by some freash orange then i rest for about 25 mins after eating then do about 30 pressups and 30 situps but i pace myself each day so i don't over do it
then about 3pm i will have some more choclate and mabey a small sandwhich cake the small ones
and at 6.30 - 7.20 = i useally have a full meal of useally pasta or spaghetti bolognese mabey chickin and chips depends on what i fancie
at about 9pm i will have some cake a bit more choclate and mabey an apple or some type of fruit
and thats my daily intake useally
but im also a very slowe eater and i can't seem to eat any faster

and my gfs bro being built like a 21 year old meaning he used to be like me before taking steroids and now he is very broad and about 6, 3tall
