    need a little info about steds

    okay about 3 years ago ide never consider steds because i always thort it shrinks your package but ive been getting called alot recently for my size and weight

    im 18 and weight 9 stone now i have weight 9 stone for about 6 years i have never evan made it past 9.5 ever ive changed my diet and i used to work out alot when i was in highschool to be like the other lads all muscles and not just a bag of bones but my gf told me her bro used to be like a stick and had trouble gaining weight so he went to the doctor and he proscribed him steds and now he is 14 years old and 13 stone and built like an 21 year old

    now im gonna head to the doctors soon to talk to him about what can be done ive read the newb post about being i should be 25 before evan starting steds but im wondering what else can be done to gain weight ive asked about 6 people and all they said was steds

    now just wondering if presribed steds are okay ? and i also have a high colesteral i eat like a human trash can but don't ever gain weight

    but i get called all the time and tbh im sick of it now i work out a fair bit to keep myself in shape

    I'm not sure what steds are, but list your daily diet in detail.

    18 is way too young for steroids, you need to learn to EAT to Grow first

    as asked, post up your typical days food intake and times, and let us have at it

    at 14 yrs olds your girls bro was prescribed steds...and now hes built like a 21 yrs old (whatever that means) ? huh ....wtf are steds anyway?
    In all seriousness - STEROIDS at 18 IMO are a bad idea - look to diet .
    I cant help but wonder if this post is for real - just a feeling......

    OP, listen to these guys, i have a buddy that started to juice when he was 16 and to say the least, he is messed up for life now in many aspects

    i guarentee you that we can help you grow more naturally if you post your diet because i can promise you that it's not up to par

    i'm not flaming or anything, but if your training is even close to average then the body WILL grow if it is given the ability to do so through a solid diet, that's a fact so when you say your aren't growing that means that either your diet needs work, your training needs work, you have abnormally low natural testosterone or human growth hormone(the doctor will tell you this if you have blood work done) or a combination of these

    we can't help you with low testosterone/hgh because at your age it is unlikely this is the case, but we can help you with diet/training so post those and lets get to work

    well my normal diet consists of

    Breakfast 8 - 8.25 = oats and a cup of tea

    then about 9 - 9.15 = i useally have a snack of choclate biscusts

    then at 12 - 1 = i useally have egg on toast followed by some freash orange then i rest for about 25 mins after eating then do about 30 pressups and 30 situps but i pace myself each day so i don't over do it

    then about 3pm i will have some more choclate and mabey a small sandwhich cake the small ones

    and at 6.30 - 7.20 = i useally have a full meal of useally pasta or spaghetti bolognese mabey chickin and chips depends on what i fancie

    at about 9pm i will have some cake a bit more choclate and mabey an apple or some type of fruit

    and thats my daily intake useally
    but im also a very slowe eater and i can't seem to eat any faster

    btw thank you for being so kind and about my first post at the top about
    steds = steroids

    and my gfs bro being built like a 21 year old meaning he used to be like me before taking steroids and now he is very broad and about 6, 3tall

    Hey that diet is HORRIBLE. Sorry but you gotta get that together before you can think about steds. Do you know much protein/carbs/fats you are getting everyday if not then how can you expect to gain? Also do you expect to gain muscle eating chocolate all day??? You food sources are atrocious.

    Food sources should be for gaining MUSCLE

    Protein:
    chicken
    lean turkey
    egg whites
    lean red meat
    cottage cheese

    Carbs:
    sweet potatoes
    red potatoes
    brown rice
    pearled barley
    oats

    Fats:
    avocado
    extra virgin olive oil
    Natty peanut butter
    fish oils supplements


    I'd travel on down to the diet section...

    your diet is really really terrible !
    your meals are more like snacks all day

    you need 6 meals of REAL FOOD, good protein in EACH meal, Good Carbs in EACH meal and Good fat too, but not from chocolate and cakes That will NOT grow muscles, only a big fat a$$

    get to the diet section here and change your eating completely, steroids will do you NO good right now until you learn to eat correctly

    hey all ive just been to the doctor i told him i dident want steriods so im having a blood test on the 2nd march but you guys are all amazing the doctor said what u all said i love this fourm im defo staying here for me now its off to the diet section

    i love you too man. the more time you spend on here the less time you have to burn those precious calories.
