Whats a good Supplement to take with ON 100% Whey Protein?
I think the timing that you are talking about is important. Is this the shake you do upon rising in the AM, is it a pre work our or post work out shake. or are you trying to take it at night? ON is a good product but depending on what your goals are with it the answer to this question will vary. It can be taken on it's own with nothing else but water. Or if youre bulking then maybe with whole milk. Or if it is a pre work out whake then maybe with waxy maize, oatmeal, creatine, glutamine, caffeine, and or anything else.
Try to clarify what you want to accomplish with the shake and see if we can offer some advise ok?
Not glutamine, won't absorb as well as if taken by itself. Creatine would be very good though.
well seeing as a scoop of whey is only 100 cals and wont last long in your stomach i would have to say take it with FOOD!
