    Guys, I urge you to watch the first original four Friday the 13th's. They are all brilliant, especially part 4. This I think was largely from an era (70's - early 80's) when horror/slasher movies were generally good and the awesome Tom Savini worked on special effects. Friday the 13th part 5 on onward were complete shit when Jason turned into a zombie, at least in the first 4 he was just a deranged mad man.

    This new remake worries me. It's supposed to be an amalgamation of the first 4. Dunno how that is going to work, infact Jason didn't become prominant until part 2. IL prolly wait till DVD release or until it gets uploaded onto YouTube.

    i love Jason, but he's too robotic now. I like the crazy man who gains strength from his mom's dead head. not the guy who gets stabbed in both eyes and keeps hunting people down. if they're going to do that, might as well reanimate him for every movie.

    I thought it was ok. Lots of boobies.
    A few fairly gory parts, but nothing too terrible.

    When I was leaving the theater, there was a mom and a dad walking out with their son and daughter who couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old. I wanted to knock both of them parents out.

    I saw it on V-day with a girl.

    She liked it, I thought it was mad predictable.

    Jason is faster in the movie, he actually runs instead of just walking faster than everyone else runs.
