hi, iv just finished my 3rd week of sust @ wk1:250mg, wk2:500mg, wk3:500mg and have put on about 3kgs, im lifting 4 times a week and trying to eat everything in my way (still prob not enuff) I was kinda hoping to have seen more results.. do you think im aiming too high ? I was 65kgs, now 68kgs and have always struggled to gain. Will things get moving along a bit quicker ? is week 3 still to early ?
