Do you stop your work outs only after you have done the regimen you came in to do? Or is there any time that you feel you have reached your stopping point due to pump or a 'feeling' that you have reached a point where you've torn down enough?
I sometimes work through a great pump and wind up feeling deflated. It is sometimes one way and sometimes another. It is like I dial the perfect combo sometimes and I understand the less is more, but other times it is a chore to get through the entire routine, the 'feeling' is different. I make pretty consistant gains, but I am wondering what you guys think.
