hello all.
i am a 18 yo from canada 19 in april all my life i have been involved in sports mostly hockey and lacrosse, i have been working out seriously for like a year and a half and my working out i mean weight training most of my training before has been sports related, i am 5'9 and 220 lbs, with 18 % body fat. i am in no way ready to take steriods but there it alot of good info on this site maybe one day when i get my diet in check and am older i will but untill then not a chance. i am also all natural i have never in my life taken any supplement, my diet is not the best but i am trying to improve i never eat fast food and i try to get enough protein in my diet. i am currently focusing on a new work out program and diet program for seven months, i will post my work out routine. again thanks for the info and am looking forward to more info.
