I just looked on the back of my Lentils in the kitchen and couldnt beleive it, are these good for bulking?!?!
Mine are in a 500g bag, and the details are:
Per 100g:
314kcal
56g Carbs
2.6g Sugars
23.1g Protein
This will help bulk well, right?
Im excited because I can eat loads of Lentils, without gagging....lol
