    weight loss help

    hey guys and girls just need some help on my fitness, im 16 188cm tall and weigh 98kilos i know i need to start working on my bf can anyone give me a program of some sort?
    lately iv been doin a 8km walk with 2km sprints wearing a 20kilo weighted vest and wen i finish that i do 20-50 push ups. any information giving i will be gratefully
    i only eat once a day should i eat more?
    i dont want to loose any muscle.

    diet ... go to top and hit search and pic a diet you like and keep doing what you doing

    well, do you mean loose body fat and gain muscle?

    diet is the number one thing you need to focus on... nobody likes to hear that but it is where you need to start

    gain muscle is from knowing what you doing in the gym after you get a good diet...

    search button on top will get you going

    i found this one would this be right for me?
    1. 2 eggs and 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal= 334 cal, 27g protein, 7.5 fat, 29g carb
    2. shake= 130 cal, 27g protein, 1.5 fat, 4g carb
    3. chicken breast, 1 1/2 cup spinach, 1 cup b.rice= 362 cal, 34g protein, 2g fat, 47 carb
    workout
    4. double shake and banana= 381 cal, 51g protein, 3.5g fat, 39 carb
    5. can of tuna, 1 1/2cup of spinach, 1cup of b.rice= 417 cal, 35gprotein, 47g carb
    6. 1cup of cottage cheese, shake= 310 cal, 57g protein, 6.5g fat, 10g carbs

    Totals are= 1934Calories 231g of protein 21g of fat 176g of carbs..
    i dont want to loose any muscle at the time

    Being you are only 16 you are not allowed on this site. I imagine it's only a matter of time til a Mod bans you. You should check out the probodybuilding site which is plastered all over the place here. Hate to see I guy ran out when he is asking dieting questions but I am sure you can get help at the other place.

    thought id update iv been doing my own program and iv been gaining muscle like crazy im loving it lol iv lost lots of weight to, the amount of attention i get holy shit lol its great, well guys this is the best site i have ever been on without this site i wouldnt of done anything.

    i am not a fan of sprints at all for cardio unless you are in training for a sport which you very well could be since your obv still in HS..like everyone else already told you make sure your diet is incheck first and go from there...without a strict diet it will be much harder to obtain your current goals
