hey guys and girls just need some help on my fitness, im 16 188cm tall and weigh 98kilos i know i need to start working on my bf can anyone give me a program of some sort?
lately iv been doin a 8km walk with 2km sprints wearing a 20kilo weighted vest and wen i finish that i do 20-50 push ups. any information giving i will be gratefully
i only eat once a day should i eat more?
i dont want to loose any muscle.
