    Natty PB trick

Not much to this post but I got tired of stirring my Peanut butter all the time because of the seperation, and I started leaving it upside down and have not had a problem since. I thought maybe someone else could benefit from this great wisdom!!!!!!!

Well it would still separate, only the oil slick would be in the bottom off the jar when you set it upright. If you wanted to eat PB with the fat layer removed, which is what you get with upside down peanut butter, you could just pour of the fat when you first open a jar.

even if the oil is only on the other end (the bottom)

it will still be easier to stir and less messy due to it being on the bottom

whenever i stir mine the oil leaks over the side or squirts out and gets all over my hands

but if its on the bottom... it wont be able to leak out and you can control the mixing better

    either way... im tryin it.

You dont have to stir it! You will see. Let me know what you think. It stays creamy on the end you are using.

At my grocery store (HEB) you can grind up your own peanuts and it spits out peanut butter, very badass and just the nuts, nothing else.

I like to pour off about 1/2 the oil then stir it up. Works great and better for me.
