I have been working out for about 3 years now and have a good diet and workout 6 days a week. I heard about D-Anabol 25 from a guy at the gym. Is this stuff good for bulking and if so whats the best way to take it? Should I take an estrogen blocker with it. I dont want huge gains I just want to put on about 30 more lbs. any advice is appreciated.
I weigh 200lb my goals is 230- 250lb, my max bench is 325 and want to get to repn 350.
