Ok guys, I guess this has been told time and time again on here but Im new to all this and was just looking for some input. First off, Im 33 years old, and in good health, my BP can be a little bit high sometimes but its not a problem. Im 235lbs and Im 6'2. Ive been lifting regularly for about 8 months now, I have gained some size and have lost some body fat in the process, I would like to kick it up a little though. I try to eat good, well as good as possible, I work fulltime and also have a family and lets face it, its hard. I do try to workout five times a week, though Im not a monster in the gym, I usually workout around an hour or hour and a half every evening. Im not looking to be a bodybuilder by any means, I would just like to ad some size and have a good thick solid look. I have never tried using anything other than your normal supplements, creatine, protein powders, test boosters, things like that. Is there anything I cant take (orally preffered) that will put good size on me, size that will mostly stay on after a cycle? I would want to take something that is relatively safe, something that I can cycle on and maybe stop afterwards and keep most of what I put on, I guess Im just wanting a boost, I feel that I can keep the gain on once I get it, or atleast think I can. I want to thank you in advance for any input, Im just looking for a point in the right direction, maybe what Im looking for doesnt exsist, but I knew I would never know till I ask.
