Beginner Oral cycle

Some stats:

weight: 210 lbs
Hight: 190 CM
Years: 18


I am looking for a oral cycle (like the topic says) and with the smallest side effects. I can get my hands on almost everything.

I know the side effects is there, but some steroids is more then others .

You can not have a cycle without injectables... get the sand out your vaj.

Your to young.. Eat more and lift harder.. Do a lot more research before thinking about gear.

at 18 you have SOOOOO much natural testosterone and other hormones running through your body , do you really want to shut that off and risk it not coming back up??

also, do you have any X-rays to show that your growth plates have been fused yet?

If not ,then you should NOT do steroids until you get those X-rays done and have proof that your plates are fused.

Oral only cycles are BAD, they do not produce keepable gains. You will lose most if not ALL of the gains made and you still have ALL the risks.

I know about the injectiones, but my write english is very bad. So its hard to explane.

I have read about 1000 pages about this, and alot on this forum (a guest).

Winny isent so bad, i don't need a heavy cycle, just something that will "puff" it up a little.

I hope you guys will help me with this, i don't trust my mates on this one.

Winny will not give you a "puff."
Eating and training right will give you the "puff."

But anyways if you are really interested in doing something I would run Turanabol and Anavar for 8 weeks. Mild steroid and the lean gains are keepable if you do it right.

If its something good that i can order online except creatine og proteins that help alot, you can give me a link. Here i live you can't get anything *hardcore* legal *drugs*.

I have read alot about Turanabol and i can get it i think (not so hard), but can i just take Turanabol or is it a must to use it with Anavar?. I'll hope to take just one type.

But then i ask is it any good options to steroids? I have protein & creatine, but i want something that helps a little more - Anyway, the creatine products here is not real, its alot weaker here because the law says so . But if i order something online, it will get here (ppl have done it before, but again i don't trust them on the products).

So please, recommend something .

Honestly........check the diet section. Post up your diet and get some opinions and follow a good work out program.

Post up your normal workout and get some opinions on that too.

I know it sounds really simple....but that's because it is.

If you do these simple things by the time you are ready for the juice you will get the most benefits from it that you can because you did all of the prep work!!!

I don't use creatine but there are many people on here who like it and get some results from it.
