Im a 23yr old female, 5'5ft, 120lbs. i dont know my body fat percentage. I had a baby 2 years ago and i have alittle stomach from the pregnancy. I want to know the best workout routine for monday through saturday. So i can have a decent looking body by summer. Im very dedicated to getting back into shape and have started a great diet plan. Now i just want to have the best workout each week that ill see results in. Please help me out.
