Clen and Anavar! need help please advise :)

I'm new to the forums

i just picked up clen and anavar. I wanted to know what doses to take, if I can take both at the same time, and how long I should stay on a cycle for me

any other information would be great as well!

Have you run both of them on there own before?

From what i understand for girls anavar cycles should be 6-8 weeks and look something like this

Week 1-2 5mg Ed
Week 3-6 10mg Ed
or
Week 1-2 5mg Ed
Week 3-8 10mg Ed

That would be a beginner anavar run for a girl.

Clen you would run similiar to a guy just the doses wouldn't go as high unless you can tolerate it obviously.. I don't know much about clen but i believe the most common is a 2 week on 2 week off cycle in which you pyramid the 2 weeks then take benadryl on the off 2 weeks. I have read elsewhere that clen should be cycled 6 weeks straight for optimal results with benadryl ran every 3rd week..
