Weeks 13-14:HCG1000iu/wk (500 on tues, 500 on sat), Tamox10mg/day

Animal Pak every day w/breakfast
30mg/day BCAA powder (10mg pre and 10mg post workout and 10mg w/breakfast)

NO Shotgun before gym
ON Gold 100% Whey will be my main protein powder
Quality men's multi every night before bed (choking down 2 Paks a day can be rough, and expensive.)
Diet will be mainly composed of egg whites, oatmeal, chicken, fish, whole grain rice, green veg, etc. VERY CLEAN! Approx 5000cal/day give or take.
