Crystalized PCT (liquid nolva)

My liquid nolvadex has crystals on the bottom of the glass vial.

I heated it up, before boiling point, and it seems that more crystals are forming?!
Or at least they (the crystals) are larger and are floating.

Is this because they are breaking down / dissolving.
- Or am I doing something wrong?

Keep the heat a tad lower than boiling (in case it's low grade glass) and keep swirling the bottle. It should go back into suspension if it was made properly.

should i just microwave some water for a certain amount of time, then completely submerge the vial?
or should i place it in a pot of water on the stove?

i have no way to measure the heat

can anyone give me a time to cook the water until ?
It seems that I was doing the opposite effect, and I'm quite sure it wasn't boiling it.

Place a pot of water on the stove, heat until just shy of boiling (turn the temp up to around medium high, when it starts to boil, turn it back until it quits boiling), hold onto the bottle, stick the part of the bottle that you're not holding in the water and swirl it around until everything is suspended again.
