    Cheat meals!!

    Tonight I had about 90 dollars worth of sushi, and then went out to a desert bar and had something called CHOCOLATE INEBRIATION...

    Holy ****ing shit dude.

    I was a happy boy.

    I like to go to a "GOOD" legit sandwich place......and order a 20 inch meatball sub. I am talking legit sub or sandwich place that has good food. I would have my protein and fat meal, then eat about half of that. then finish it later.

    Thats when I need to pull out all the stops to kick up metabolism. Thats mega calorie loaded, so I would only do that when extremely extremely worn out and depleted

    I think we can all agree that it doesn't matter what you cheat with, the important part is following it up with lots of ice cream.

    I mean really, ice cream is a bad mother****er.

    Also I love California Pizza Kitchen's pizza. The BBQ chicken is sooooo freaking good.
